No Attorney-Client or Fiduciary Relationship

Use of this website or email communication with Wingman Claim Recovery Group LLC does not create an attorney-client relationship, fiduciary relationship, or formal engagement unless a written agreement has been executed.

Independent Business

Wingman Claim Recovery Group LLC is a private business and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the State of Nevada or any government agency. Wingman does not hold the unclaimed property and does not represent the agency or administrator holding it.

Required Claimant Notice

The client may file a claim directly with Nevada Unclaimed Property without using Wingman Claim Recovery Group LLC.

Nevada Locator-Only Service

For the current Nevada service, Wingman may identify a public record, verify business and representative fit, explain published recovery requirements, prepare Wingman's own property-specific locator agreement, and provide factual administrative status reminders. The claimant must choose and obtain supporting records, complete every response, sign or notarize when required, and submit the claim and supporting records through an agency-authorized route. Wingman does not prepare or submit the claimant's claim, choose claimant answers, obtain supporting documents for the claimant, or operate the claimant's state account.

No Guarantee of Recovery

Claim recovery outcomes depend on facts, eligibility, records, third-party requirements, timing, applicable law, and other factors. No result or recovery is guaranteed.

Fees

Website use and preliminary review do not create a payment obligation. Wingman charges no upfront fee. Any fee must be authorized by an approved written agreement and is due only after the success trigger stated in that agreement has occurred, subject to applicable law. For a Nevada unclaimed-property matter, that trigger is documented receipt of recovered funds by the claimant.

Regulated Activity

Services may be subject to state-specific licensing, authorization, engagement, and regulatory requirements. Service availability is reviewed by state and matter; this website does not represent that Wingman is authorized for every state or claim.

Website Assistant, Form, and Email

The guided website assistant and any contact form are for preliminary, non-sensitive inquiries only. They do not provide legal, tax, financial, or eligibility advice, and they do not create an engagement. Do not submit highly sensitive information unless an appropriate secure process has been confirmed.
